Seamless
Construction
At first glance, a LAVTEC Seamless Bathroom Module looks much
like any other bathroom. But look closely at the picture, where
the walls and floor come together...
It’s absolutely seamless! No joint, no layers bolted together,
no crack through which even a molecule of moisture can pass
-- moisture that breeds mildew, rot and the high cost of maintenance
and repair!

Durable
Textured Flooring
All shower stall floors are listed UL® (No.5R96)
for skid resistance. See ICBO ES Evaluation Report PFC5420 for
allowable values and/or conditions of use concerning material
presented in this document. It is subject to re-examination,
revisions and possible cancellation.

Ceiling
Systems
Overhead panels, when used, are molded separately and
attached to the module. Due to the open construction, lights,
fans, heaters, and overhead systems can be easily installed.

Easy
to Clean
When it comes to maintenance, we really
shine. Since LAVTEC Seamless Bathroom Modules are a complete
one piece unit, so there’s no place for moisture to collect
and cause mold, mildew and rot.
Our high gloss gel coat surfaces
are durable and easy to clean. Just hose down the entire unit.
Due to the ease of cleaning, longevity is increased and long-term
costs are drastically reduced. Surface repainting is not required
and our products resist odors.

One Piece Construction
Our shells are molded in a process that is homogenous
with uniform wall sections, molded in support structures and
support mounting systems. Only the ceiling is attached separately.
Fiberglass structures are well known for their durability, structural
integrity, and minimal physical property breakdown over time.

Ready to Use Upon Delivery
Installation for LAVTEC Seamless Bathroom Modules
is straightforward – just lower the module in place and
make a few simple connections.
The complete prefabrication option, including electrical wiring
and plumbing, reduces installation time, labor cost and even
