 LAVTEC
Seamless Bathroom Modules are prefabricated units constructed by hand
lay-up method suing 18 oz woven roving and 1.5 oz chopped strand mat.
The resin is polyester with “E’ glass reinforcement and
is U.S. Coast Guard approved for Class 1 fire retardancy. The oxidizing
agent is MEKP type.
The modules are furnished complete with all the internal electrical
items pre-wired to a single junction box, which is easily accessible
and conveniently located for quick shipyard hookup. All gray water
drains are pre-routed to a common pipe chase area connected by flexible
hose to a box drain fitting and passed through the deck with a single
penetration. Marine modules can be covered with conventional marine
interior sidings.
